For a productive evaluation

Describe the operating model.

A useful sales or implementation message includes the organization, vendor population, program owners, current collection process, lines of coverage, endorsement rules, review roles, renewal cadence, reporting needs, connected systems, and procurement requirements. Do not attach live vendor files to an introductory message.

For effective support

Share the task, not the sensitive record.

Include the workspace organization, affected workflow, expected result, actual result, approximate time, and a screenshot with sensitive fields removed. Vendors and brokers should use the scoped submission link from the requesting organization for insurance documents. Account access problems belong with product support, not a new workspace registration.

Special handling

Some messages require a defined process.

Use the dedicated page before sending a report or formal request.

Vulnerability reports

Follow the responsible research and safe-harbor rules before testing or disclosing an issue.

Privacy requests

Use the rights process and identify the customer organization when the request concerns workspace data.

Accessibility barriers

Include the page, task, barrier, browser, and assistive technology when relevant.

Career inquiries

Apply only through an active role published on the DueFiles Careers page.

Formal notices under a customer agreement must use the delivery method stated in that agreement. Public email addresses do not replace a contracted notice process.
