CG 20 10 — Additional Insured, ongoing operations

ISO form that names another party as additional insured while work is ongoing.

Operational context

What compliance teams should know.

CG 20 10 is the ongoing-operations additional-insured endorsement. It does not, by itself, cover completed-operations claims after the job.

If a certificate’s ADDL INSD box is checked but CG 20 10 is not attached, DueFiles flags the gap. A checkbox is not an endorsement.

Use the governing documents.

This reference is educational. A certificate summarizes represented coverage and does not amend a policy. Confirm requirements and coverage questions with the relevant contract, endorsement, insurer, broker, counsel, or qualified advisor.
