DueFiles is built for the person who is responsible for vendor insurance without being an insurance professional. The same workspace covers the owner entity and the management company, the board packet and the loading dock, the landscaper and the roofer.

Property management

Every trade on every asset: landscaping, HVAC, roofing, janitorial. Templates already name ongoing and completed-operations additional insured, plus waiver and primary-and-non-contributory forms. Import the roster from the PMS, send portal links, and keep AP from paying a vendor that is still grey.

Community associations

Standard vendors at everyday limits, capital projects at higher limits with completed-ops additional insured. A dashboard a volunteer board can read in one sitting.

Venues and events

Event-dated rosters, setup-to-teardown checks, venue additional insured via CG 20 26, and a liquor toggle that requires CG 34 01 before load-in.
